High Street Townhomes

After Anderson Marketing Solutions developed the brand positioning and marketing plan for an ambitious student housing project near University of Denver campus, they partnered with JAC to create an identity for High Street Townhomes that would appeal to the right audience and support an aggressive sales plan. Keeping the millennial target in mind, and pulling elements, colors and styles from the university's architectural heritage, an engaging design was brought to life through sales materials and onsite signage. A design system was also created to empower the marketing team to build a website and future collateral.
